Teksus ERP use and company-file guidelines
Effective: 11 October 2026
FirstPrincipal AI Private Limited provides Teksus ERP software. Teksus Power Solutions LLP operates its company workspace and manages enrollment and business access. These guidelines explain permitted use and company-file handling; they do not replace any separately agreed company service contract.
The Teksus ERP Windows app is free to download and use. Company enrollment and an internet connection are required. Installing the app does not create an account or grant access to company records.
Account and permitted use
Access requires enrollment by an authorized company administrator. Installing the Windows app does not create an ERP account or entitlement to the online service. Use only assigned access and records you are authorized to handle. Protect credentials and verification codes; report suspected unauthorized access to care@teksuspowersolutions.com.
Enter personal or financial information only with authority to handle it for the intended business purpose and any required permission or consent. Do not evade company controls or access another company's records.
Shared company files
Upload only material you are authorized to use and share with your company. Other authorized company members can access company files; they are not a personal private-file vault.
Do not upload or share:
- Illegal material, content exploiting or endangering children, or content facilitating harm.
- Malware or files intended to compromise a person, device or service.
- Harassment, threats or discriminatory abuse.
- Personal or confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Material infringing another person's copyright, trademark or other rights.
Files are not automatically scanned for malware. A matching checksum verifies that stored bytes were received; it does not establish that a file is safe. Open only trusted material and use appropriate device protection.
Reporting and review
Report suspected prohibited content to care@teksuspowersolutions.com. Identify the company and file or record, explain the concern and give enough context to locate it. Do not redistribute attachments publicly or include credentials or verification codes. Use the same contact if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.
Authorized company administrators can restrict access or move a file to trash to address prohibited content. Send content reports and requests for review to the contact above. The software provider and company operator must arrange removal or disabling of prohibited content when requested by Microsoft. Relevant audit records and retention obligations may remain.
Trash, records and retention
Trash hides a file from the ordinary listing and permits restoration. It does not permanently erase the object; the current Files feature has no permanent-delete operation. Business records, audit history and recovery copies can remain under separate controls. Moving a file to trash, closing an account or uninstalling the client does not necessarily delete every copy.
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact support and read the privacy policy. Enrollment or access may be restricted when authorization ends or to address misuse. Existing records and retention responsibilities are considered separately from a person's ability to sign in.
