Teksus ERP privacy policy
Effective: 16 October 2026
Who provides the service
FirstPrincipal AI Private Limited provides the Teksus ERP software. Teksus Power Solutions LLP operates its company workspace, enrolls staff and manages its business records. Company administrators determine access and permissions.
For a privacy question or request, contact care@teksuspowersolutions.com. Include the company and nature of your request without sending passwords, verification codes or confidential attachments in the initial message.
Information used
The service uses enrolled phone numbers, linked Google identities, sign-in and verification results, company membership and permissions to authenticate people and authorize their work. Technical and security records can include connection information, request times, audit events and correlation identifiers.
Company users enter item, warehouse and battery-serial information; purchase and sales documents; customer and supplier names, contacts and addresses; tax identifiers; bank and payment details; accounting records; and files or attachments. Transactions and permission changes retain an audit history.
The Windows application keeps session credentials, reference caches and preferences in the signed-in Windows user's local profile. Session credentials and the reference cache use Windows data protection. Local crash reports contain technical details such as stack frames, software versions and a correlation identifier. Automatic crash-report uploading is not implemented; users can provide a report when requesting support.
How information is used and shared
Information supports sign-in, access control, requested ERP operations, company-file storage, business and security audit history, and technical investigation. Company users access records according to their permissions. Files are shared company material: access requires the company's Files feature and the member's assigned Files permissions. Viewing and downloading require read access; uploading and changing files require write access.
The online service uses Hetzner hosting and Cloudflare network and object-storage services. Google processes information needed for Google sign-in. Meta WhatsApp delivers verification messages. Cloudflare stores company files and encrypted recovery backups. These providers process information needed for their respective functions.
Processing and storage can occur outside India. Company-file storage uses an APAC location hint, which is not an Indian residency guarantee. Recovery-backup storage uses the EU jurisdiction. Network and identity providers can also process information in locations used to deliver their services.
Storage and retention
Business records and audit history are retained to support company operations, transaction integrity, security, recovery and applicable record-keeping obligations. A record's purpose, company instructions, record-keeping requirements, unresolved disputes and legal holds can affect its retention.
Moving a file to trash hides it from the ordinary listing and permits restoration; it does not permanently erase the object. The current Files feature has no permanent-delete operation. Backup and recovery copies have separate retention controls and can remain after changes to live records. Minimum-retention locks can prevent immediate backup deletion. Uninstalling the Windows app does not delete online records or backups.
Access, correction and other requests
Your company administrator can explain access, correct supported business details and manage enrollment. Contact support to request access to personal information, correction, account closure, deletion or an explanation of its use and sharing. Identify the company and relevant records so the request can be assessed. Identity and authorization may need to be verified before information is released or changed.
Requests are considered alongside transaction integrity, other people's rights, company responsibilities and applicable retention obligations. Deletion may require an operator process outside the app; some records or recovery copies may need to remain. A request does not promise immediate or unrestricted erasure.
Security
The production client uses HTTPS and authenticated company access. Company-file transfers use short-lived, object-specific links; downloaded files are checked against their stored SHA-256 digest. Recovery backups are encrypted before upload. These measures do not eliminate every risk. Files are not automatically scanned for malware; open only material you trust and use appropriate device protection.
